When viewing a project's resource utilization, the order of the tasks doesn't follow the same ordering as the schedule.

Clicking on the Resource/Task header will sort according to the name, which doesn't match. Ideally, it should use the Task Index to sort.

This bug has been fixed: resource Utilization sorting of tasks follows the same order as schedule.
