When opening the Advanced Grid, the following message was always logged in the developer console, even when the Submit Requests feature was disabled:

“Project ID is required to initialize ProjectRequestsCommitmentsService”

This bug has been fixed. The error message is now only displayed when the Advanced Grid is used within the CoReSuite resource plan.
