The flow “102a - Capacity per Month - Initialize Capacity per Month from Resource Availability” failed when the service account lacked Bulk Delete permission.

To resolve this, the PPP App Admin role has been updated to include the Bulk Delete privilege.

The service principal or Power Automate service account used in the Dataverse connection must have this permission to ensure the flow runs successfully.
