Project creation from request failed when no Lifecycle Flow was defined on the Enterprise Project Type (EPT).

This occurred during the “AssignCorrectBPF” step.

The bug has been fixed by adding a condition to check whether a Project Lifecycle Flow is set on the EPT before proceeding with the flow.
