Previously, when all assignments were removed from a task, the Resource Names field (tpg_resourcenameplaceholder) was not cleared, leading to incorrect data display.

This bug has been fixed:

▪The Scheduler now correctly clears the Resource Names when no assignments remain.

▪The PPP flow (000 - Post upgrade - RUN ONCE AFTER INSTALL or UPGRADE) has been updated to clean up existing fields where a value is present but no assignment is linked.
