When configuring the Risk Matrix to use an alternate list, the matrix failed to load due to missing optional configuration properties.

This bug has been fixed.

Additionally, a new configuration option has been added to customize the matrix title, e.g.:

Set “Use sub grid label” to True to display the label configured in the form as the matrix title.
