Bug Fix: Duplicate Forecast Demand in Resource Availability Chart

The Resource-AvailabilityChart layout was in some instances duplicating the ForecastDemand value.

This bug has been fixed: Updated the resource layouts to use the ForecastDemand from the ResourcePlan table instead of the Demand from the ResourceCapacity table.
