Counting records in hierarchical grouping was incorrect.

The software counted group rows (e.g. portfolios) in addition to the actual entries (e.g. projects).

This has been fixed: in hierarchies that originate from another table, only the actual items of the main table are now counted-grouping rows are no longer included.
