The availability factor for the capacity initialization flow should default to 8.

In the 102 – Daily Trigger – Initialize Capacity Per Month From Resource Availability, the availability factor currently defaults to 1.

The flow has been updated so that the default value is now 8. If no configuration entry exists in the table, the flow will use the value provided via the environment variable.
