Fixed an issue where tasks created from the Board tab did not enforce the same required fields as tasks created in the Scheduler.

The quick-create form now requires the necessary scheduling information, helping prevent tasks from being created without essential data such as a start date or duration. Newly created tasks are also assigned the correct default scheduling values.
