The Dataverse queries have been updated to filter records based on their Active state. This ensures that all active records are included, regardless of their specific Status Reason, while deactivated records are excluded from reporting.

This change does not apply to the Resources and Snapshots datasets. Resources continue to include inactive records to preserve historical reporting for work assigned to users who have since left the organization. Snapshot records are also excluded from this change, as they are set to inactive by default to prevent further edits and remain available as read-only records.
