An issue has been fixed where the Baseline Modified Date and Modified By fields were updated when changing unrelated project details, such as the project manager or project description.

Fixed:

▪Changes to project details no longer update baseline modification information.

▪Baseline Modified Date and Modified By are now updated only when a baseline is explicitly set through the Scheduler.

This fix ensures that baseline audit information accurately reflects actual baseline changes.
