Previously, the Capacity per Day table could cause errors and unexpected behavior, for example when a resource was being deleted or when the feature was intended to be disabled.

The background process now fully respects the Fill Capacity per Day setting. When the feature is disabled, the process no longer runs or creates data. In addition, if no configuration is available, the feature now defaults to disabled. The configuration handling has also been improved so that missing or empty values correctly fall back to the configured default instead of causing errors.

No action is required for existing customers. Administrators and consultants can control the feature through the Capacity per Day environment setting by configuring fillCapacityPerDay as true or false.
