Previously, nightly capacity refreshes deleted and recreated all monthly capacity records, which could generate a large number of deleted records and increase Dataverse storage usage, leading to capacity warnings for some customers.

The Capacity per Month flow now updates existing capacity records and only creates or removes records when actual changes occur. This keeps capacity planning data accurate while significantly reducing unnecessary storage consumption and helping to prevent capacity-related warnings
