Fixed:

▪Effort values are now calculated based on the task's actual working time

▪Resource calendars are correctly considered during effort calculations

▪Partial working days are now handled accurately

This fix ensures that effort values displayed in the Resource Picker more accurately reflect the planned work for a task.
