We are introducing a new configuration option allowing admins to select between Assignments mode and Tasks mode.
Assignments (new: default): shows the Assignment column and only allows users to select assignments they are personally assigned to.
Tasks (previous default): shows the Task column, allowing users to select a task from the selected project.
Both Task and Assignment columns display the task name, but the key difference is in the filtering of available options depending on the mode.
Upgrade Steps:
▪Select the desired Timesheet mode in the settings
▪tpg_task and tpg_assignments fields in the Column Special Configuration can be removed as it is no longer required - unless custom behaviour is needed.
