In the previous version, a risk couldn't be saved. An error message appeared when a risk was created with both Likelihood and Consequence set to 1. Both sliders were set to 1 by default. If the slider was moved forward and then back to 1, it worked.

This issue has been fixed: the slider control has been updated to have a default value of 0.
