Fixed an issue where copied tasks using the Timephased scheduling mode were not always converted correctly after being modified. In some cases, this could cause the Effort field to become editable at the task level, even though it should remain controlled by the timephased assignment data.

Tasks in Timephased mode now retain the correct scheduling behavior after being copied and modified, ensuring that the Effort field is handled as expected.
