The Import Actuals feature allows you to transfer approved times from timesheets into the project plan.

➢Click the Import Actuals button.

PPP updates the corresponding task and assignment values and applies the selected distribution logic:

▪Keep Plan (Default): On days with approved actual values, these replace the previous plan values.

▪Days without actual values, as well as future plan values, remain unchanged. No values are deleted or set to zero.

▪The total effort may change as a result of the import. However, the duration of the activity remains unchanged.

▪Activities excluded from the import are not updated. For all updated activities, PPP automatically enables timephase-based planning if necessary.

▪Upon completion, a message indicates how many activities were updated and which distribution mode was used.

▶ The import cannot be undone. Therefore, before importing, please verify that the approved timesheet hours and the selected allocation type are correct for the active project.
