When creating a project from a template, risks without assigned owners were incorrectly assigned the owner of a previous risk.

The assignment field was not cleared during the creation loop, causing unintended carry-over of assignees.

A variable reset action was added to clear the assignment user field during the loop, ensuring each risk is assigned correctly. Risks are now assigned to the correct person.
