When a project is deleted, the associated Status Manager Team is now automatically removed in the background.

1.The system identifies the related Status Manager Team using project information captured before the project is deleted.

2.Before removing the team, it checks whether the team is still used by any other active projects.

3.If the team is shared with other projects, it is retained to prevent impacting existing data.

4.Any associated TPG Timesheet User security role assignments are removed before the team is deleted.

5.The team cleanup runs as a background process and is performed independently of the user's delete operation.
