Fixed an issue where a scheduling cycle dialog could appear after reloading a project when a Fixed Effort task had a Finish-to-Finish (FF) or Start-to-Finish (SF) predecessor dependency. In some cases, the dialog was displayed even though no actual circular dependency existed and could not be closed. The project now reloads correctly without showing an unnecessary scheduling cycle dialog.
