A new table has been added to provide daily capacity data for resources, enabling more detailed reporting and analysis. The table is automatically updated whenever a resource or its availability is created or modified.

Capacity values are stored on a per-day basis. The date range is determined by the resource's availability dates. If no availability dates are defined, capacity data is generated for a period spanning one year in the past and one year in the future.

To keep the data up to date, new Power Automate flows have been introduced to regularly refresh the table. This enhancement provides a more granular view of resource capacity, similar to Project Server/Project Online.

▶ The initial bulk population of the table is currently experimental. In environments with many resources and no defined availability dates, a large number of records may be generated. We recommend monitoring the process after deployment.
